Chrysanthemum Throne
“Let the gold recall her lineage,
let the threads recall her name.
What was lost is now returning —
what once slumbered wakes again.”
Her center panels are cut from a vintage silk obi, woven with imperial chrysanthemum medallions in a lattice of soft gold and silver. Time has gentled their shine into something rarer: a dignity earned, not demanded. Smooth ivory silk along the sides shapes the body like carved marble — pure, structural grace.
Trimmed in ornamental braid and laced with tea-washed ribbons that fall like soft decree, she blurs the line between relic and regalia. Her strength lies in the subtleties: a long waist that elongates, a high-pointed bust that lifts without force, a scooped hem that flatters with quiet intention.
Chrysanthemum Throne was made for the one who does not need to raise her voice to be obeyed.
