Twilight Temptress is a high-collared overbust corset with a dramatic teardrop keyhole neckline. The design combines elements of cheongsam and halter silhouettes, with clean lines, visible boning and a dipped hem that extends the visual length of the body. The neckline fastens at the neck with a pankou closure or decorative clasp, while the back laces for adjustability.
Each Twilight Temptress is reconstructed to your measurements and made from a fabric selected for the individual piece.

CONSTRUCTION

The corset is constructed using the established pattern. Each reconstruction is fitted to the wearer’s measurements, with the construction and finishing completed specifically for the individual piece.

MATERIAL

You may select the fabric for your reconstruction. Reclaimed, vintage and new textiles can be considered, depending on availability and suitability for the design. Fabric options will be discussed with you before construction begins.

MEASUREMENTS

The following measurements are required:

A Overbust

Measure the circumference of your torso just above the fullest part of your bust, where the upper edge of the corset will sit. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.

B Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be comfortably snug, not tight.

Wear a tight-fitting top while measuring to provide gentle support and light compression.

C Underbust

Measure directly beneath the bust, around the ribcage. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

D Waist

Measure around your natural waist, at the point where your body naturally creases when bending from side to side. Keep the tape snug but do not pull it tight.

E High Hip

Measure around the upper part of your hips, at the widest point below your natural waist.

F High Neck

Measure around the highest part of your neck.

G Base Neck

Measure around the base of your neck, just above the collarbones, where the lower edge of the collar sits.

H Center Front to Waist

Measure from the base of your neck, just above the collarbones, to your natural waist, following the curve of your body.

I Upper Shoulder to Overbust

Measure from the upper shoulder, approximately at the end of the collarbone, to the overbust line, following the curve of the body.

J Side Torso Length

Measure from the overbust line to your natural waist along the side of your torso. Follow the curve of the ribs rather than measuring across the breast.

K Waist to High Hip

Measure from your natural waist to your high hip, following the centre front of your body.
