Pro-Tips for Accurate Measurements
- For the best results, have someone else take your measurements.
- Take measurements while wearing only undergarments or very thin, form-fitting clothing (like leggings).
- Measure on an empty belly and while breathing normally, just after exhaling.
- The tape should be snug but not tight.
- Stand up straight with your feet together. Don't slouch.
- Tie a piece of string or elastic around your natural waist. This helps as a fixed reference point for vertical measurements like 'Waist to Floor.'
- If you're measuring yourself, stand in front of a full-length mirror to ensure the tape is level and hasn't slipped in the back.
